Terms and Conditions

Gift Bouquets, Boutonnieres & Corsages for Dances

1. Order Placement & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your date and flowers.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.

  • We accept Venmo primarily. Other payment methods can be requested by contacting us, but doing so might lead to a delay in order confirmation and processing.

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.

2. Custom Designs & Substitutions

  • Each arrangement is custom-made. Flower varieties and colors are subject to availability.

  • In the event a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design.

  • Photos provided are inspiration only and may not be exact replicas.

3. Dance Flowers (Boutonnieres & Corsages)

  • Please verify all details carefully before submitting your order, including:

    • Event date and pickup/delivery time

    • School name

    • Color preferences

    • Wrist size (for corsages)

    • Dress/suit color coordination

  • We are not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of order.

4. Order Deadlines

  • Dance flower orders must be placed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

  • Last-minute orders may incur a rush fee and are subject to availability.

  • Large bouquet orders for holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Prom season, etc.) may require earlier deadlines.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before pickup/delivery may receive a partial refund (less a processing/design fee).

  • Orders canceled within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Changes to color or flower type must be made at least 5 days prior to the event and are not guaranteed after that time.

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers must pick up orders during their selected time window.

  • We are not responsible for flowers left uncollected past closing time on the event date.

  • Pickups are preferable but in the event of a delivery being required a delivery fee will be incurred base on time traveled to and from destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high-volume dates.

  • The recipient is responsible for being present to receive the delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

7. Flower Care & Responsibility

  • Wood flowers are not perishable products but they are delicate. Proper care is required to maintain.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Exposure to light, heat, or freezing temperatures

    • Rough handling

  • Once flowers leave our shop or are delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

8. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Some flowers contain materials or fragrances that may cause allergic reactions.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies prior to ordering.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to photograph arrangements for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing at the time of order.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or other emergencies.

11. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
